Future Science Group sees new titles selected by Medline

Future Science Group has announced that its journals Epigenomics and Expert Review of Clinical Pharmacology have been selected for coverage by the Medline database.

The two bi-monthly journals are regarded as "bedrock titles" by the publisher and focus on epigenetic gene modification and drug safety issues respectively, with both proving to be well-regarded in their fields.

Rigorous peer review standards are applied to the two publications, as well as assessment of all articles by at least three independent experts.

Medline is maintained by the US National Library of Medicine and is one of the world's leading bibliographic databases, containing around 13 million references to journal articles in life sciences.

Elisa Manzotti, editorial director of the Future Science Group, said: "We would like to thank our senior editors and editorial board for their hard work, intellectual input and guidance in targeting and evaluating topical, pioneering content."

In October, the company expanded its product offering with the introduction of a new series of ebook collections under the Future Medicine imprint.
