Bristol Myers-Squibb has confirmed it will be among the companies participating at next week's 2011 Credit Suisse Annual Healthcare Conference.
Brian Daniels, the firm's senior vice-president of global development and medical affairs, is due to make a formal presentation at the event in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday November 9th.
A live webcast of his speech will be available for investors and members of the general public on the Bristol Myers-Squibb website, where materials relating to the presentation will also be published.
Other companies due to appear at the conference include Endo Pharmaceuticals, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Centene, LabCorp, Zimmer and Wright Medical Group.
The presentation by Mr Daniels will come shortly after Bristol Myers-Squibb published its third-quarter financial results, which revealed an 11 percent rise in net sales to $5.3 billion (3.3 billion pounds).
Better-than-expected figures for the company's new advanced melanoma drug Yervoy, which posted sales of $121 million, contributed to the quarterly rise.
