Huntsworth Health has been able to maintain its growth trajectory in the first half of 2011, according to parent company Huntsworth.
The medical communications agency's revenue rose by 2.1 percent year on year during the six months, reaching a sum of 25.7 million pounds, which was 29 percent of the group's overall total.
Business relationships are now being maintained with 38 of the world's top 50 pharmaceutical companies, with the firm enjoying success with its new strategy of pitching for larger global pre-launch and launch programmes.
Huntsworth Health's performance helped to contribute to an 88.1 million pound revenue total for Huntsworth, up by 1.6 percent year over year.
Peter Chadlington, the group's chief executive, said: "We are confident of reaching our targeted like-for-like revenue growth rate of seven percent during 2011 - significantly ahead of our historic results."
Earlier this year, it was reported by InPharm that Huntsworth Health has appointed Jon Clark as managing director for its brand communications agency division Nitrogen.
