BCF Technology opens new service centre in Ireland

BCF Technology has announced the launch of its new Irish service centre, which is located in Dundalk.

The site is managed by the company's fully-trained service engineer Hayley Ellis and is intended to offer support and repair facilities to clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

It represents a continuation of BCF Technology's efforts to improve its service quality for those in Ireland, with the region served by a growing team including Ms Ellis and sales engineers Niamh Naughton and Claire Finch.

Ms Ellis stated that the new centre will aim to deliver a "fast turnaround on service and repairs" to local clients.

Gavin Mitchell of BCF added: "We are keen to offer all our customers the same level of service regardless of location."

In January 2011, the company sponsored a bovine ultrasound course in Carrick-on-Suir, utilising one of its Easi-Scan 3 units to instruct attendees on proper practice when conducting imaging procedures.
