Succinct Communications accredited by Investors in People

Succinct Communications has had its commitment to working environment standards recognised after being awarded Investors in People status.

The firm has become one of a handful of medical communications firms to be accredited in accordance with the business development standard, which seeks to assist companies in developing better working practices for staff.

Interviews were conducted with 16 Succinct employees, through which the organisation was evaluated on criteria such as recruitment, management performance, team dynamics and the engagement of staff with corporate values.

Sean McGrath, managing director of Succinct Communications, said the firm will continue to strive to seek improved methods of engaging its workforce.

"Our talented team is our greatest asset and this award proves that we are committed to ensuring the best possible overall working experience," he added.

The firm was originally founded in 2000 and now employs nearly 40 people, offering services such as communications planning, event management and guidance on publishing.
