Procter and Gamble's Oral-B dental brand has confirmed the dates of a number of industry seminars being held in the first half of 2011.
The company is inviting UK clinical dental professionals to attend the 2011 Up to Date scientific seminar series, which is taking place in ten locations across the country, reports Dentistry.co.uk.
Each of these meetings is a two-hour continuing professional development-accredited event, with industry experts including professors Iain Chapple, Trevor Burke and Nicola West due to speak.
Among the subjects that will be discussed are the treatment of erosive tooth wear, managing dentine sensitivity and issues affecting periodontal medicine.
The first of these events takes place at Torquay's Imperial Hotel on February 16th 2011, with further seminars to be held in cities such as Sheffield, Birmingham and Glasgow, before concluding in Milton Keynes on June 30th.
Last month, Dentistry.co.uk named the Oral-B range of power toothbrushes among the nominees for dental product of the year.
