Genitrix to sponsor BSAVA Neurology Roadshow

Genitrix has announced that it will be sponsoring a series of talks on neurology organised by the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA).

The BSAVA Neurology Roadshow consists of four events taking place between November 18th and 23rd 2010, with the conferences set to be held in Knebworth, Leeds, Cardiff and Woking.

During the talks, veterinary professionals will be provided with guidance on the latest tools and advances in the field of neurological examination, as well as methods of tackling common conditions.

Simon Platt, associate professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia, will be leading the events alongside Laurent Garosi, head of the neurology service at Davies Veterinary Specialists.

In March 2010, Genitrix expanded its presence in the animal neurology sector with the launch of Libromide, a treatment for canine epilepsy.

The launch was supported by the subsequent introduction of a discounted blood test service and a free dosing wheel, designed to ensure the drug is being administered correctly.
