Synergy Health has stated that its earnings performance in the last half-year has been in line with the company's projections.
The firm has posted a trading update for the six months ending on September 26th 2010, during which it has seen "continued strong demand" for its decontamination services in the UK.
It noted a continuation of first-quarter trends into the second three months of the fiscal year, with further improvements observed in its bid pipeline and 60 million pounds' worth of new contract wins added to its order book.
Other positive developments include the reduction of the company's net debt and the continuation of its discussions with businesses in China's Jiangsu province.
Synergy Health will provide full details of its half-year performance when it publishes its interim results next month.
Last week, the company announced the appointment of Robert Lerwill as its new chairman, as part of a wider programme of management changes.
