Posted on 07/09/2010 in Marketing Services Prism Ideas has announced the appointment of healthcare industry veteran Nigel Brooksby as its non-executive chairman.
Mr Brooksby, the former chairman and managing director of Sanofi-aventis UK, has accrued more than 35 years experience in the life science sector and has also led the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry for two years.
In his new role at Prism, he will assist the medical communications and drug development consultancy in expanding its business in key regions, as well as establishing a presence in new markets.
Prism Ideas states that Mr Brooksby's appointment represents a "key component in the company's continuing strategy for growth".
Dr James Sawyer, chief executive officer of the firm, added: "Nigel will offer Prism Ideas unrivalled advice and support to continue to ensure that we maintain the progress and direction that has made the company a success."
