Posted on 02/09/2010 in Medical Company Product News Owen Mumford has launched a new online service to assist female patients who are seeking information on sexual health issues.
The Time2Talk website is designed to provide information and support for women who are dealing with conditions such as vaginismus and dyspareunia, which can cause discomfort during sexual intercourse.
It provides expert advice and discussion forums to offer guidance on afflictions which are often seen as difficult to talk about, as well as links to relevant health organisations.
In addition, the site also provides details of Owen Mumford's Amielle Comfort dilators, devices which are designed to help sufferers deal with and gain control of their conditions.
Charlotte Fuller, product manager for the Amielle range, said: "Over the last year we have worked hard to combine the expertise of healthcare professionals ... to create what I feel will become an invaluable resource for women with vaginismus or dyspareunia."
Last month, Owen Mumford announced the appointment of Modestino Graziano as its new head of operations, with the director joining the firm from Consort Medical. Other news stories from 02/09/2010
