Posted on 25/08/2010 in Marketing Services Millward Brown is moving to improve the efficiency of its business via the appointment of Kerstin von der Brelie as its chief talent officer for Europe.
Ms von der Brelie has been selected for the newly-created position in order to take charge of improving the firm's human resources systems and organisational and talent development, as well as creating alignment between business and talent strategies.
She joins the company after having accrued more than 14 years' worth of managerial human resources experience at major companies such as Yahoo! and AOL Time Warner.
Millward Brown states that this change has been made as part of its ongoing efforts to reorganise and improve the efficiency of its pan-European board.
Tim Wragg, the agency's chief executive officer for Europe, said: "Staff are at the centre of an ambitious growth agenda in Europe, so this is a critical appointment for me and the European board."
This comes after Millward Brown last month announced the names of the staff members who will make up its newly-created global neuroscience practice, which is designed to further enhance the agency's range of services for clients. Other news stories from 25/08/2010
