Posted on 24/08/2010 in Scientific Siemens has highlighted some of the new products and innovations which it showcased at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry's (AACC's) 2010 clinical lab expo last month.
The science company attended the event in order to demonstrate information technology, tests and instruments which it states can offer "choice ... performance and innovation".
Among these were the syngo Lab Process Manager, which allows the laboratory operations to be regulated in an efficient centralised manner, as well as various instruments and assays.
The company's Personalized Education Plan for diagnostic industry professionals was also on display at the AACC expo.
Michael Reitermann, chief executive officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, said: "Siemens has a strong legacy of innovation and we are excited to share our newest products and solutions with our clinical laboratory customers."
