Posted on 18/08/2010 in Scientific Beckman Coulter has introduced a new laboratory management system which is designed to help improve efficiency and reduce the risk of medical errors.
The Remisol Advance version 1.4 is a comprehensive solution which allows analysers, laboratory information systems and Beckman Coulter instruments to be linked and managed via a single workstation.
This single-screen view has been augmented with a range of improvements on previous Remisol models, including alerts on critical patient data and automated processing of normal test results.
It also introduces several new features such as new interface systems, streamlined workflows and extensive troubleshooting and technical support options.
Beckman Coulter also highlighted the system's range of optional modules, which allow it to be adapted for instrument and quality control management applications.
