Posted on 18/08/2010 in Scientific Eppendorf has highlighted the various performance and ergonomic advantages offered by its new pipetting system Multipette plus.
The science company's product is a manual handheld dispenser which is designed to allow long series pipetting to be carried out precisely and efficiently, while offering flexibility and comfort.
It utilises an interchangeable Combitip system which provides different tip sizes that can be easily replaced, allowing 112 different volumes to be dispensed.
In addition, the Multipette plus has been designed to be super-lightweight, this maximising its ergonomic qualities and ensuring that life scientists do not suffer unnecessary strain.
Eppendorf said: "If you have to tackle long series every working day, you're entitled to expect that health risks are kept to an absolute minimum ... the Multipette plus enables you to save time and energy during your liquid handling routines."
