Posted on 15/06/2010 in Medical Company Product News Synergy Healthcare has reported a successful commencement of its new decontamination services partnership with the St Helens and Knowsley NHS Teaching Hospitals Trust.
The company's alliance with the trust has now moved into its operation phase following what Synergy described as a "very successful transfer", with services having been provided for 20 weeks.
During this time, the two organisations have been able to implement formal working groups to discuss the implementation of the new services, with Synergy praising the "excellent collaborative working relationships" created by staff.
It expressed confidence that the partnership will create improved standards of patient safety.
Mike Manning, clinical director for the trust, also praised the implementation of the partnership with Synergy, stating: "We had fears that there would be severe disruptions to services - in fact, we have hardly noticed the difference."
Next month, Synergy will be attending the annual meeting of the British Association of Dermatologists, where it will showcase wound care products such as Comfifast MultiStretch and Comfigrip bandages.Other news stories from 15/06/2010
