Ceuta Healthcare recognised for employee engagement

Ceuta Healthcare has been named as one of Britain's top employers thanks to its high standard of staff engagement and training.
The healthcare services provider has been named in the annual Best 600 UK Companies to Work For ranking for the third year in a row, following a national survey of more than 200,000 workers.
It expressed pride in the achievement, which it attributed to its investments in providing training and career development opportunities for staff, as well as its corporate communication and social governance.
The firm also highlighted the emphasis it places on gathering feedback from its employees on how to improve its business practices.
Ceuta Healthcare's board of directors said: "The Best Companies to Work For awards are really important to us as they register feedback from an external audit - happy people equate to a successful and a highly respected business."
This comes after the company was awarded silver status by Investors in People last year thanks to its good practice in staff management.
