The company's Petplan animal health provision has selected Mr Marrow, who runs the St Vincent's Veterinary Surgery, with an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the industry conference, which takes place in Geneva this year.
When he reaches his destination, he will be able to take part in an event which brings together more than 70,000 professionals from around the world and listen to talks on a variety of key animal care issues.
Mr Marrow, who is the sole vet at his surgery, expressed delight at winning the Petplan competition, saying that he would never have been able to attend the WSAVA congress otherwise.
He added: "After working as a vet for 15 years, this event will be a great opportunity for me to learn from the best practitioners in the world."
