Posted on 28/04/2010 in Dental Supplier News Ivoclar Vivadent has released a new dental care gel product which is designed to offer a range of protective benefits for both the teeth and gums.
The dental company's new Fluor Protector Gel is applied to the interior of the mouth using an interdental brush, tray or toothbrush and is manufactured with a formula including calcium, fluoride and phosphate.
These ingredients help to repair tooth enamel and prevent decay, while the gel's xylitol and pro-vitamin D-panthenol content helps to protect teeth and gums against bacteria.
It is also designed to cause minimal foam formation, reducing the need for mouth rinsing and providing the gel with more time to take effect.
Ivoclar Vivadent added: "The pleasant light mint taste and perceptibly smooth teeth after the application of Fluor Protector Gel leave a pleasant feeling in the mouth."
Earlier this month, the company published its latest annual financial report, in which chief executive officer Robert Ganley expressed optimism that the firm will grow in 2010 following difficult economic conditions last year.Other news stories from 28/04/2010
