The British Dental Trade Association (BDTA) is to be among the main sponsors of a forthcoming international dental industry conference.
BDTA executive director Tony Reed expressed enthusiasm over the support the body will be providing for the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) Conference and International Symposium on Dental Hygiene in July 2010.
This event will be taking place in Glasgow this year and will be attended by the motivational speaker and professional development expert Warren Greshes, who has been commissioned by the BDTA to speak at the conference.
Mr Reed stated that Mr Greshes' input will be appropriate to an important event which is set to be attended by professionals from across the world.
He added: "The fact that the UK has been chosen to host the International Symposium is an accolade for the BSDHT and we are proud to be playing a part in making 2010 a conference to remember."
Earlier this month, the BDTA published results from a survey of its members which showed that more than 65 per cent believe the industry body is achieving its key objectives.
