| Ecolab to ally with Belimed on cleaning solutions | Posted on 26/02/2010 in Pharmacy Supplier News Ecolab is to collaborate with infection control specialist Belimed on the supply and sale of cleaning and sterilisation solutions for the healthcare sector.
The companies will be looking to work together to provide a variety of products which will give hospitals and healthcare providers with means of cleaning and disinfecting their instruments.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ecolab will take responsibility for the sale of cleaning supplies and solutions, while Belimed will focus on equipment sales.
Paul Chaffin, vice-president and general manager of Ecolab Healthcare, said the collaboration between the two firms will benefit its clients.
He said: "By pairing Ecolab's expertise in quality cleaning solutions with Belimed's expertise in designing instrument reprocessing and disinfection equipment, we are providing customers a best-in-class approach to deliver outstanding cleaning results."
