Posted on 09/02/2010 in Dental Supplier News Nobel Biocare has signed a contract with VITA Zahnfabrik, as part of its newly established Preferred Partner Programme.
Under the terms of the agreement, Nobel Biocare will combine its capabilities in the area of CAD/CAM dentistry with VITA's dental ceramics and expertise in artificial teeth, as well as veneering and framework materials.
This will allow them to offer superior end-to-end prosthetic solutions to the industry, the organisation added.
The partnership will also incorporate the development of new materials and commercial activities, as well as joint educational and training programmes.
Domenico Scala, chief executive officer of Nobel Biocare, commented: "This collaborative undertaking encompasses a wide range of joint activities and represents an optimal fit between our two companies that will lead to enhanced clinical results for dental professionals and their patients."
