| Ketchum launches new change management business | Posted on 03/02/2010 in Marketing Services Ketchum has announced the launch of a new operation dedicated to change management strategies.
Known as Ketchum Pleon Change, the new practice will have a global presence with offices in London, Munich, Atlanta, Chicago and New York.
It will combine the skills and experience of two existing entities -Pleon's Change and Transformation Practice and Ketchum's Stromberg Consulting.
Raymond Kotcher, Ketchum senior partner and chief executive, explained that the new venture reflects the growing demand for change management services that help companies to "drive greater internal alignment with their external corporate reputation or marketing efforts".
Ketchum Pleon Change will be headed by Ralf Langen as president and Dr David Rockland as chief executive.
"The change practice in Europe has long been one of our core offerings and I am very pleased to see it built out on a global scale," added Timo Sieg, senior partner and chief executive of Ketchum Pleon.
Ketchum and Pleon merged in July last year to form one of the world's largest communications consultancies. The firm now has over 2,000 employees and operates in 66 countries.
