Posted on 26/01/2010 in Scientific PerkinElmer has announced the availability of its new line of 1.5-inch hollow cathode lamps (HCL), which will serve to expand the firm's portfolio of atomic spectroscopy consumables.
Designed by PerkinElmer, the Atomax lamps are high-quality lighting sources that can be used with any commercial atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) and offer laboratories in countries around the globe a lighting solution in a 1.5-inch format.
Providing high sensitivity, stable light output, low noise and long life, all lamps are stringently tested and shipped with a certificate of quality.
Martin Long, vice-president of spectroscopy at PerkinElmer, commented: "PerkinElmer's extensive experience in atomic absorption gives our customers added confidence knowing they are receiving quality products from a market leader they can trust."
