Each of the sites has been designed to offer ease of use to visitors with language options and for the rapid and efficient access of information.
The group, which is a major name in the diagnostics market, has responded to the needs and requests of patients by introducing internet hubs that provide illustrative materials and advice on the correct use of glucometers among diabetes patients.
Healthcare professionals can also access a password-protected area via the company's sites, which saw 600,000 users in 2009.
"It is our mission to guarantee the highest degree of customer satisfaction through the delivery of top quality services and diagnostics products," explained Mauro Romanelli, director of the firm's Italian operations.
