Posted on 19/01/2010 in Pharmacy Supplier News Procter and Gamble, which manufacturers a number of pharmacy brands in the UK, is participating in a TV initiative with the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, it has revealed.
The company will assist with the launch of a TV advertisement, designed by Saatchi and Saatchi, which will draw attention to fundraising efforts on behalf of the charity.
Furthermore, the firm has pledged to donate five pence from every sale of its products at Tesco stores, including those from its Pampers, Bold and Gillette ranges.
"We are delighted to use the strength and reach of our brands to raise public awareness and engagement in this fantastic cause. Together with Tesco and our consumers, we can make a real difference to children's lives," declared Janette Butler, Procter and Gamble's community relations manager.
