PerkinElmer offers children's products safety information

PerkinElmer has announced that its website has been updated to include information on the safety features of its products when it comes to their suitability for children.
The new web pages provide all of the latest information on developments for safety compliance and technological advances, the company informed.
It has made the adjustments as part of its EcoAnalytix initiative.
According to a statement from the organisation, this scheme "is focused on providing information and instrument solutions that enable consumer goods manufacturers to assure the safety of the products they produce".
PerkinElmer added that its own product solutions have been developed "to detect harmful contaminants in a wide range of consumer products".
In other PerkinElmer news, the company announced last week that its OneSource unit - a component of its analytical sciences business - has entered into an agreement with VWR which will see the businesses develop a joint service offering.
