| Bausch and Lomb unveils new logo | Posted on 12/01/2010 in Pharmacy Supplier News Bausch and Lomb has unveiled a new company logo and icon, which will feature on the firm's products, website and correspondence in the future.
The organisation has kept its traditional blue and green colouring, but has added a plus symbol to the mix to embody its commitment to innovation and its existing partnerships.
It will be slowly introduced by the company and will exist alongside Bausch and Lomb's current 'pathways' logo for the next 18 to 24 months while packaging and other materials are harmonised.
The new images were devised by Pentagram - a multi-disciplinary design firm.
Gerald Ostrov, Bausch and Lomb's chairman and chief executive officer, said: "Our new corporate identity reflects the ongoing evolution of Bausch and Lomb as we make strides in growing our business for the benefit of medical practitioners, retail partners, consumers and patients."
In other company news, the firm recently launched its latest eye care product, the Crystalens AO, which is the first aberration-free accommodating intraocular lens with aspheric optics.Other news stories from 12/01/2010
