Customers can now enrol to receive continuing education credit for two new dental chapters in Virbac University's online CET Pet Dental Care Module.
These are entitled Chapter 5: Developing the Dental Wellness Team - which provides information on needs lists and in-clinic training - and Chapter 6: Building Dental Compliance, which addresses the essential components of dental compliance.
Denise Skurdalsvold, senior marketing manager for Virbac, said: "Virbac University is committed to providing continuing education for the veterinary profession. That's why, along with C.E.T. online dental training, we continue to add in-depth CE courses and topic-specific training from recognised veterinary specialists."
In November, it was revealed that Virbac would be one of the global veterinary firms that will be evaluated by a new Research and Markets report.
Other firms that will also be evaluated by the paper for factors such as their goals, strategies and overall performances are Merial, Pfizer Animal Health and Schering-Plough.Other news stories from 22/12/2009
