The accolades were awarded in recognition of some of the best performers in the Welsh healthcare sector.
Norgine was singled-out for its recent successes, including the announcement that last year marked 22 consecutive years of double-digit sales growth at constant exchange rates.
A judging panel, comprised of sector specialists from the Welsh Assembly, as well as representatives from the healthcare industry, made the decision to bestow the prize on Norgine.
Peter Stein, chief executive officer of Norgine, commented: "In today's tough economic climate, our continued investment in development programmes and in improving our business skills, quality standards and compliance to the highest industry standards has paid dividends."
