Posted on 04/12/2009 in Medical Company Financials Sempermed's parent firm, Semperit, has published its latest financial results.
The firm's figures reveal that its total revenue decreased by ten per cent during the timeframe to 442.9 million euros (401.6 million pounds).
However, despite "the prevailing difficult business environment", the firm improved its earnings during the first three quarters of 2009 in comparison to the same period of 2008, it added.
This is something it attributes to its Sempermed division, which it claims is developing well and performing strongly.
"In light of the current environment, Semperit is continuing to focus on measures designed to strengthen its competitive position, in order to gain additional market share in difficult times," stated the organisation.
Sempermed provides products to the medical community, such as surgical gloves and examination gloves.
