Posted on 01/12/2009 in Scientific Zinsser Analytic has highlighted the benefits that may be gained from using the benchtop Eyela systems which it currently supplies to the scientific instruments market.
It points out that the Process Station is a "useful tool for the design of novel synthesis methodologies", such as polycondensations, reflux reactions, catalysts, pressurised hydrogenations, carbonylations and polymerisations.
The station comprises five scaleable independent reaction stations, each with individual temperature control for both heating and cooling to temperatures between minus ten and minus 15 degrees C.
Furthermore, its small footprint system is a "very flexible and welcome addition to any material, chemical or pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory", the firm states.
