| Triodent praised by prime minister | Posted on 27/11/2009 in Dental Supplier News Triodent has been praised by John Key, the prime minister of the country in which it has its headquarters - New Zealand.
Mr Key opened the firm's innovation centre, which is located to the south-east of Auckland, and unveiled a sculpture to mark the occasion, reports Dentistry.co.uk.
He is quoted by the news provider as stating that Triodent is "blazing a trail in international markets, being creative and investing in science and research and development".
The firm's founder Dr Simon McDonald said that this year has been a particularly good one for Triodent, with the firm winning several awards and working to consolidate its position for a stronger future.
As well as the new centre, a factory is set to be established on the site in 2010, with plans for an administration wing also in the pipeline.
One of the awards picked up by the dental company this year is Reality's number one matrix system of 2009 for its V3 Sectional Matrix System product.
