Romeo and Juliette Laser Hair Removal has already purchased the new system and simultaneously singled out the traditional version as "the best laser for darker skin types four and above", Cynosure revealed.
Christian Karavolas, owner of Romeo and Juliette, stated: "Now with Elite MPX, sequential pulsing - whether it's Alexandrite/Nd:YAG or Nd:YAG/Alexandrite - will fine tune our treatments and eliminate the fine hairs."
The Elite MPX, combines two gold standard wavelengths - the 755 nm Alexandrite laser and the 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser - and scientists can use these individually, switch between them or blend them with MultiPlex sequencing technology.
Earlier this month, Cynosure posted its financial results for the third quarter of this year, revealing revenues during the period hit $17.9 million (10.9 million pounds), compared to $38.2 million for the same time in 2008.
