Ceuta Healthcare granted IiP silver status

Ceuta Healthcare has revealed that it has been awarded silver status by the Investors in People national organisation.
The grade was granted in recognition of the firm's leadership and management practises, as well as its dedication to its employees and the allowing of personal and professional development.
In order to be granted the standard, a company must meet 39 factors that show it is working towards the improvement of employee management.
These include strategies for better performance, effective leadership and management through increased engagement.
Silver status puts the organisation among the top one per cent of recognised IiP companies in the UK.
In other Ceuta Healthcare news, the firm announced at the end of October that it was in the running to receive a Dorset Business Award.
The organisation or the efficiency of its operations and presence in the area, providing it with what it believes is valuable recognition of its efforts.
