The organisation aims to compile a paper entitled The Top Ten World's Leading Animal Health Companies that analyses all aspects of these organisations, including their goals, strategies and overall performance.
It is designed to provide the animal health industry with information on competitors and analysis, as well as insights critical to the development and implementation of effective marketing and research and development initiatives.
Other firms on the list include Novartis, Schering-Plough, Philbro, Bayer and Fort Dodge Animal Health, which was recently acquired by Pfizer as part of its buyout of Wyeth.
The Virbac Group, which provides products in the heartworm, tick and flea, dermatology, antibiotics, endocrinology and oral hygiene markets, is the largest independent veterinary pharmaceutical company in the world.
