Joining the London-based communications company from College Hill Associates, Mr Blewer will advise global energy clients and report to Rod Cartwright, Ketchum's managing director of corporate and public affairs practice.

Ketchum was recently ranked 186th in the Top 500 Business Innovators list published by InformationWeek, making it the only PR agency to feature in the top 250 companies.
