Posted on 19/10/2009 in Medical Company Product News B Braun Medical has struck up further agreements with the HealthTrust Purchasing Group, which will see it provide pain management products to the latter firm's members.
Under the terms of the new agreement, HealthTrust's subscribers will be able to access B Braun's anaesthesia products, including the Contiplex Stim Stimulating Catheter and Perifix FX Closed Tip and Open Tip Springwound Epidural Catheters.
B Braun, which will provide its anaesthesia products to HealthTrust from November 1st 2009, will also grant access to its full line of regional anaesthesia trays - including the Perifix continuous and single-dose epidural trays, which feature the atraumatic Perifix FX springwound epidural catheters with open or closed tip.
Caroll Neubauer, chairman and chief executive officer of B Braun Medical, commented: "With access to B Braun's broad range of anaesthesia products, we are confident that HealthTrust's membership will benefit from this partnership."
In August, B Braun Medical was named as surgery centre market supplier of the year by McKesson's medical-surgical business unit.
