Procter and Gamble Oral-B Triumph Smart Guide technology praised
Procter and Gamble, which owns the Oral B and Crest dental care brands, has launched its Triumph SmartGuide toothbrush through the former division.
Furthermore, the product has received the approval of Dr Hisham Abdalla of the Laser Lifecare Institute, who says that its in-built timer allows for more thorough brushing.
He added: “People don’t look at their watch or clock in the bathroom and can’t really quantify two minutes. Now they have the technology to give their teeth a thorough clean.”
The Oral-B Triumph with SmartGuide power toothbrush features customised settings, a clock timer and a wireless interactive display.
Its oscillating-rotating technology is also designed to surround individual teeth and remove twice as much plaque than manual toothbrushes.
Procter and Gamble also owns brands such as Charmin, Pampers, Iams, Pantene Pro-V and Vicks.
