Overall, 23 members of its payroll were involved in the presentation, which was held at the firm's corporate headquarters in Birkenshaw.
Following a partnership established between the organisation and the Joseph Priestley College, qualifications in areas such as IT, coaching skills and customer services were issued.
The alliance has led to a series of staff development programmes aimed at improving overall business and personal performance at the company.
Stephen Owens, its managing director, said: "All employees are encouraged to participate in training programmes as we recognise that our biggest investment will always be in our people and their development has a high priority here at Park House Healthcare."
Last month, the firm celebrated its 25th anniversary and expressed optimism towards its future endeavours, despite currently "challenging" market conditions, Mr Owens stated.
