Protexin announces launch of equine premium range

Protexin has announced the availability of its new improved Equine Premium range, which consists of three main products designed to diminish any nutrition deficiencies brought about by agriculturally managed grazing.

The Protexin gut balancer, which was formerly marketed as Acti-Premium, is a probiotic and pre-biotic powder with grass meal that should be administered daily for maximum palatability and is aimed at maintaining normal digestive functions.

Quick Fix, previously known as Acti-Paste, is a concentrated paste with a peppermint flavour that is administered through a syringe for the sake of ease and is ideal for upholding health gut function during competitions, transit and other stressful times.

Lastly, Acid Ease, which horse owners may have previously recognised as Acti-Soothe, comes in soft pellet form and is added to feed for a calcium and magnesium carbonate boost to help curb the production of excess acid.
