The firm has appointed two employees in new job roles, inventory controller and reporting analyst.
These posts have been created at the company's headquarters in Bournemouth and will see the candidates involved dealing with issues such as supply chains, placing purchase orders, forecasting and overseeing warehouse picks orders.
Additionally, Ceuta Healthcare has promoted its financial controller, Chris Hoole, to director of logistics. He has been with the company for nine years.
Edwin Bessant, chief executive officer of the organisation, stated: "At Ceuta we believe in nurturing our staff and investing in them through training and career support as they are the ones that help to make the business so successful."
Ceuta Healthcare has experienced a heightened demand for its hand gel and thermometer products amid the H1N1 outbreak, it revealed last month.
