| Bell Pottinger firm wins Sphere Medical PR contract | Posted on 08/09/2009 in Marketing Services Bell Pottinger company De Facto has been awarded the PR contract of Sphere Medical and will work to raise the profile of its blood chemistry monitoring technology, it has been reported.
Sphere Medical's technology allows clinicians to gain a clear picture of a patients' status, therefore making the administering of treatment easier in the case of those who are critically ill.
De Facto has been recruited to promote the equipment among anaesthetists and medical products providers.
It will also aim to build the company's reputation through promotions in medical journals, as well as media targeted at the healthcare sector.
Digital marketing efforts will also be part of the new contract, which De Facto gained following a four-way pitch.
In similar Bell Pottinger news, the company revealed last week that it won the PR and communications contract for the Health and Safety Laboratory, a commission that will last for up to 24 months.
