VistaDent 3D allows dentists to analyse cortical bone thickness, tooth roots, impacted teeth, bone quality and other features in 3D.
As well as providing clinicians with accurate diagnostic tools, the software contains a planning environment that allows users to virtually plan the placement of temporary anchorage devices, occlusion of dentition and simulate soft tissue profiles following treatment.

"With breakthrough applications to benefit not only orthodontists but also oral surgeons and other clinicians, we are thrilled to offer VistaDent 3D to even more users," he added.
In recent days, Dentsply announced its financial results for the three months ended June 30th, which included net income of $70.2 million (41.3 million pounds).Other news stories from 05/08/2009
