| Verderflex highlights the future of Aura | Posted on 03/07/2009 in Scientific Verderflex - the company formerly known as Autoclude - has unveiled plans for the future of its latest peristaltic dosing pump.
The organisation appeared at the recent Achema 2009 industry conference in Frankfurt, Germany and took the opportunity to showcase its Aura system - and a has now issued its hopes for the device.
Having seen a "positive response" to the system at the international chemical processing exhibition, it is claimed the Verderflex Aura dosing pump could be indicative of its potential popularity as a low flow, high pressure solution.
The firm explain the system will also provide an alternative to reciprocating piston models as it is "unobtrusive, exceptionally quiet in operation and is not subject to off-gassing or vapour locks".
In addition, having been based on the Verderflex's existing MO25 OEM peristaltic technology, it provides an easy to maintain option that requires only a single element which needs to be replaced.
Verder acquired Autoclude in May 2008.
