Procter & Gamble has launched a new advertising campaign that features three sporting heroes.
Golfer Tiger Woods, tennis player Roger Federer and baseball's Derek Jeter will appear in a 30-second television slot to promote the company's Gillette brand.
Part of the issues the ads tackle includes men overcoming feelings of doubt.
The adverts will tie in body washes, hair gels, shampoos and deodorants that have been developed over the past year with shaving products.
According to Gillette, it is one of the largest campaigns it has launched since it was acquired in 2005 by Procter & Gamble.
Consumers who log onto the brand's website can receive information about male grooming.
Issues addressed on the site include how to relieve dry skin, what to do to combat oily skin and various shaving techniques.
Gillette's female-aimed products go under the name Venus.
Other labels Procter & Gamble look after include Boss Skin, Braun, Noxzema and Old Spice.
