Posted on 17/06/2009 in Pharmacy Supplier News AAH Pharmaceuticals is encouraging pharmacists to sign up to a flu vaccine programme as early as possible.
Following the success of last year's scheme, the company is launching 2009's earlier than normal.
After questioning members of the public, the business found out they would return to pharmacists where they had received the protection jab before if they were able to.
Head of marketing services for AAH Pharmaceuticals Ajit Malhi explained the company was keen to start rolling out the vaccines early this year because that is what customers had asked for.
He added demand had been high during 2008 and now they have made some changes to the programme to meet the public's wants and needs.
"We will be placing even greater emphasis on the practical training sessions to ensure that our customers are more confident in their injection techniques," Mr Malhi stated.
Earlier this year, AAH Pharmaceuticals launched a new health watch allergy service.
It has been designed for pharmacists and support staff to help boost their profits while offering customers a convenient examination.Other news stories from 17/06/2009
