3M announces plans to webcast its 2009 Outlook Meeting

3M has said it will webcast its 2009 Outlook Meeting, to be held next week.
Investors across the globe will be able to see the meeting, which is scheduled for December 8th. It is due to start at 13:00 Eastern Time and adjourn at 16:00 Eastern Time.

scientific sales jobs or others with an interest in the company can find more details on the webcast meeting on 3M's Investor Relations division homepage shortly before the event is held.
3M which employs 79,000 people in operations across 60 countries and has $24 billion (16.5 billion pounds) in sales has also released details of acquisitions recently.
This week, it announced the acquisition of Financiere Burgienne, which provides finished vehicle number plates in France under the Faab and Fabricauto brands.
3M said the deal will allow the two companies to jointly serve customers throughout the government's Systeme d'Immatriculation des Vehicules (SIV) scheme which will see vehicles receive new number plates.
