| Ivoclar Vivadent launches IPS Investment Ring System | Posted on 06/11/2008 in Dental Supplier News Ivoclar Vivadent has followed customer demand and extended its current range of investment rings with the IPS Investment Ring System 300g.
The company says that the system will allow for new possibilities in the field of press technology.
The launch of the product follows years of 100g and 200g-sized IPS Investment Ring Systems from the company and, based on the feedback of the users, a larger one became necessary.
Set to be used for pressing on long-span bridge frameworks of up to ten units, the unit can also help with the fabrication of several smaller restorations in one go.
Coordinated with the IPS e.max ZirPress and IPS InLine PoM ceramic ingots, the device has a diameter of 65 mm and will be available immediately.
Earlier this month, Ivoclar Vivadent unveiled the new generation of the IPS Contrast Spray Chairside.
Available in two versions, blue and cream-coloured, the spray was designed with a lemon flavour and is available in the new hygiene package.
Ivoclar Vivadent recorded sales in 2007 of approximately 381 million euros (307 million pounds).
