| Coca-Cola expected to launch new advertising campaign | Posted on 22/10/2008 in Scientific Coca-Cola is reviewing its European advertising campaign for its Coke Zero brand and new ad work may begin at the start of next year, it has been suggested.
The multi-million pound review is part of Coca-Cola's global aim of consolidating agency rosters, Marketing Week reported.
An increased "regional approach" is expected as part of the company's marketing strategy, with the number of agencies on its roster set to be reduced.
VCCP, Santo and Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam are some agencies understood to be involved in pitching new strategies, sources told the marketing website.
A spokesman for Coca-Cola said: "In the UK we continue to work with VCCP on Coke Zero. We have no other Coke Zero news to announce."
In other news that may interest those in science sales jobs, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company has named Robert Murray as the new deputy chief financial officer.
Mr Murray has been at the company since 1987, Thomson Financial News reported.
