| Horiba Jobin Yvon offers new software | Posted on 21/10/2008 in Scientific Horiba Jobin Yvon has announced new software for polarimetry, reflectometry and ellipsometry called DeltaPsi2, it has been reported.
DeltaPsi2 is an advanced thin film characterisation platform that also controls all thin film metrology instruments on offer from the company, AZoM has reported.
It offers reporting capabilities, modelling and advanced measurements for flexible characterisation of thin film structures.
The software also "integrates the largest materials database of references and dispersion relations required for accurate characterisation of material optical constants," the news source explained.
DeltaPsi2's features include multi-combined measurements and analysis data and calculations of thicknesses, gradients, alloy composition, surface roughness, optical constants and anisotropy.
The software platform also drives fab and in-line ellipsometers.
